Thank you for shopping with Lumine Cosmetics. We are committed to providing high-quality beauty products and an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligible Products for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
We only accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:

The product has not been opened, used, or tested.

The original packaging is intact and undamaged.

The return request is made within the allowed time frame (see Section 2).
Note: Items purchased on sale, promotional sets, or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email us at info@luminecosmetics.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Securely package the item, including its original packaging.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Lumine Cosmetics (such as an incorrect or damaged item).
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please email info@luminecosmetics.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
Lumine Cosmetics reserves the right to decline returns that:

Do not meet the eligibility criteria above.

Show signs of use or tampering.

Are returned beyond the allowed period.
