1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is placed, you will receive:

2. Shipping Origin & International Fulfillment
Our products are fulfilled through our global supply chain partners and may be shipped directly from our manufacturing and distribution facilities in China.
As a result, orders may be classified as international shipments, and delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing (if applicable), and carrier operations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that products may be shipped from outside the United States.
3. Chinese New Year & Factory Closures
During the Chinese New Year holiday period (typically between January and February each year), manufacturing facilities and logistics providers in China temporarily suspend operations.
During this time:

Shipments may experience delays before dispatch.

Tracking updates may take longer than usual to appear.
We will always make reasonable efforts to communicate extended processing timelines during this period; however, customers acknowledge that delays during this holiday season are outside our direct operational control.

5. High-Demand & Holiday Delays
During peak shopping periods (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, and other major holidays), shipping carriers experience increased volume.

Lumine Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or high seasonal demand.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:

International destinations (unless otherwise stated at checkout)
Certain items (such as liquids or aerosols) may be subject to additional carrier or regulatory restrictions.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Shipments
While we work closely with our logistics partners, Lumine Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by:

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lumine Cosmetics is not liable for:

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photographs of the box and item(s).

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
